How to get idngoal on your device
Installation steps
- Download the idngoal APK file to your Android device or open idngoal.app in your browser.
- On Android, go to Settings → Security and enable "Unknown Sources" to allow installation from outside the Play Store.
- Tap the APK file to install, or on iOS, tap "Add to Home Screen" after opening idngoal in Safari.
- Launch the app, create your account with email and mobile number, and verify your identity through our KYC process.
App versus browser experience
Our native app stores game assets on your device, reducing load times and enabling offline access to game menus and account history. Push notifications deliver real-time updates on tournament schedules, deposit confirmations, and withdrawal status—features the browser version does not replicate. The app also integrates with your device's biometric authentication, so you can unlock your idngoal account using your fingerprint or face recognition. Browser access remains fully functional and requires no installation; choose the app if you play frequently from Jakarta, Surabaya, Bandung, Medan, or Semarang and want faster load times during peak hours.
Device compatibility
We support Android 7.0 and later on phones and tablets. iOS users need iOS 12 or later to run the web app or add idngoal to their home screen. Most devices released in the past five years meet these requirements. If your device runs an older version, you can still access idngoal through any web browser on desktop or mobile. Our support team can advise on compatibility if you encounter installation errors.
Troubleshooting common installation issues
If the APK fails to install on Android, verify that "Unknown Sources" is enabled in your device settings. Some devices require you to grant permission to the file manager app before it can execute the installer. If you see a certificate warning, this is normal for APK files distributed outside the Play Store; our APK is signed with our official certificate. On iOS, if "Add to Home Screen" does not appear, ensure you are using Safari and not another browser. If the web app runs slowly, clear your browser cache and try again. Our support team responds to installation inquiries within one business day during business hours.
Data, permissions, and account security
When you install the idngoal app, we request permission to access your device's storage (for caching game assets), your notification settings (for tournament alerts), and your biometric data (for optional fingerprint login). We do not access your contacts, photos, or call history. All data transmitted between your device and our servers is encrypted using industry-standard TLS protocols. Your account credentials are never stored in plain text on your device; we use secure token-based authentication.
